Day 26 of Grief: Feeling Everything and Nothing
I’m dealing with the death of my husband nearly four weeks ago and my son’s out, so I can’t, I don’t feel like reading, I don’t feel like watching anything. I just don’t feel like doing anything. I don’t know what I feel.
I took a diazepam because I was starting to stress a wee bit out.
I don’t even know what I want to talk about. It just, it just feels at the moment like this is it.
Dan’s out at a party, which is good, like he’s out.
But for me, it just feels like if I’m not keeping busy, I’ve nothing to do.
I’m just lying on the sofa.
Even if I wanted to watch something on TV, I just can’t get my head around concentrating on something. Anything.
