Remembrance Run 5K
Remembrance Run 5K
The Remembrance Run 5K returns to Dublin’s Phoenix Park on Sunday, 8 November, offering people of every age and fitness level an opportunity to remember someone important while walking, jogging or running together.
This is not simply a competitive road race. The event has been created as a shared occasion of remembrance for family members, friends, colleagues and others who have died. Participants may also dedicate their involvement to someone currently facing illness or another significant challenge.
The 5K route begins on Chesterfield Avenue and finishes on Furze Road. Music, entertainment and moments of reflection will contribute to the supportive atmosphere throughout the morning. Each entry includes a special Remembrance Run commemorative candle.
Participants can take part individually or alongside relatives, friends and community groups. There is also an option to establish a fundraising page for a chosen charity during registration.
